Veggie and Brat Kebabs


  • 1 package of Budweiser BBQ Beer Bratwurst (classic or spicy), each link cut into four equal pieces
  • 1 red onion
  • 2 bell peppers, any colors you like
  • 2 ears of corn, cut crosswise into 2-inch rounds (optional)
  • 12 whole mushrooms
  • 12 cherry tomatoes
  • Wooden skewers soaked in water for 30 minutes to avoid burning


  1. Preheat the grill to medium heat, approximately 300º F.

  2. Cut the red onion, peppers and corn into bite-sized chunks.

  3. Place brats and all veggies onto skewers, alternating as you go.

  4. Cook on the grill, rotating every few minutes until veggies are tender, approximately 20 minutes total.
