Bacon Wrapped Brat Bites


  • 5 Budweiser BBQ beer bratwurst links, each cut into four equal pieces
  • 10 strips Coleman Natural bacon, cut in half (uncooked)
  • 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce or sriracha, depending on your flavor preference
  • Hot or honey mustard for dipping, depending on your flavor preference
  • 20 wooden toothpicks, soaked in water for 30 minutes to prevent them from burning



  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Wrap each brat bite with a half slice of bacon and secure it in place with a toothpick. Place all 20 bacon wrapped brats on a parchment-lined baking sheet and set aside.
  3. Brush each bite with either chili sauce or sriracha to coat evenly.
  4. Bake until the bacon is cooked through and the glaze caramelizes, about 20 minutes.
  5. Serve with mustard for dipping.
